Koenig is a weapon designer and arms-dealer who was one the three scientists who created the Box Weapons, along with Innocenti and Verde.
History
After discovering Lorenzini's blueprints, Koenig sold them to Mafia Famiglias to make a profit. Most of his creations are weapons or equipment rather than animals. After his fellow Box Weapon creators died of unnatural causes, he went into hiding underground, selling weapons for a living.
